Jeff started his advertising career as a creative at Dentsu Young & Rubicam in Shanghai before moving on to Leo Burnett and later founding the original Shine Advertising Ltd.

Jeff is responsible for leading numerous projects that have resonated with the Chinese consumer, all of which set the benchmark in China for original thinking and execution.
